In such cases, the device firmware must be registered and verified by ZIG Group, which is a time-consuming process. Be sure to record or back up your software version beforehand.
After a Windows update or installing other programs, the software doesn't run. What should I do? +
It’s best to rerun the original installation source. Without changing any settings, your device will return to its standard configuration.
Can two versions of UPCNC be installed at the same time? +
Yes, if the devices are from different generations. For example, you can install both for P55 and P53 G7. However, for two devices from the same (new) generation, one version is enough as it supports multiple machines.
Why doesn't UPCAM launch? +
It’s likely that the hardware dongle (physical security key) is not connected. Reinsert the dongle and then restart the software.
